Normont Motion Technology update their product Warranty

Warranty claims related visible defects must be notified in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the goods. Included in the notification is a picture of the product(s) being claimed.

Warranty claims related to functional defects must be notified in writing within 25 business days of receipt of product. Included in the notification is a picture of the product(s) being claimed. Normont warrants the functionality of its product for a period of 24 months, from date of purchase.

Normont reserves the right to either request the customer to scrap the product on site, or to return the product to Normont.

If Normont deems the product is non functioning, Normont will either:

A-Repair the product
B-Replace the product
C-Credit the product

Scrap On site-Credit the product: Normont will provide a credit, immediately applicable. Repair/Return: Normont will issue an RMA. The product is to be returned to Normont using Normont carrier of choice. Information will be detailed on the RMA paperwork. Customer is asked to return the product within 10 days of receipt of Normont’s RMA.

Normont will not warrant product that is damaged due to improper handling, excessive use, inadequate maintenance, abnormal operating conditions or to transport damage.

Normont will not warrant a product that is used in applications where the product is unattended. Example, incorrect gas spring force, an extension damper where a compression damper is required. Wrong size gas spring for an application.

Normont will not warrant a product if an adjustment/modification is made to the product by the customer or a third party, without Normont’s consent. Further, damage which is due to improper installation by the customer, will not be warranted by Normont.
